We've just got back from an amazing week at Hesfes the annual home educators festival in Suffolk.
Its a week long camp with lots of activities and workshops - http://www.hesfes.co.uk/ and its BRILLIANT!!We went for the first time last year and my kids have been looking forward to the next one ever since!
Excited we set off last Saturday knowing we would meet up with old friends and make some new ones on our adventure.
Sheffield folk had been setting up camp and most were already chilling in the afternoon sun when we arrived.

Hi,
A friend of mine forwarded a link to your blog to me.
The three boys in the photo of the 'brass/wind section' of the HESFES AllStars are my sons - Leo on sax, George on pocket trumpet and Alfie on drums, so I thought I'd say 'hi'!
It was a lovely week wasn't it?

Hi Lyn how fantastic! They were so encouraging for my daughter Jasmine, she had never done anything like this before and they were all so supportive and fun, she thoroughly enjoyed it. Its only our second year at hesfes and its so fan its already a family tradition ;) if you would like a copy of the photo let me know
